- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
