- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce forward-looking market intelligence reports and competitive landscape analysis
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographics, climate, digital)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in futures studies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, PESTLE)
