Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and accelerate prototyping
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-facing technologies into roadmaps
- Author strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish and manage external innovation ecosystems with startups, academia, and think tanks
- Measure and report KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and strategic impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: GenAI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFS) or innovation management highly desirable
