Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership to prepare for 2026+ market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions addressing climate resilience, human augmentation, and ethical AI
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 technological milestones
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into compelling executive presentations and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps that drove market transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (journal articles, books, keynotes)
