Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI) and their market implications
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with global sustainability and tech convergence trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future industry disruptions
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and scout breakthrough startups
- Author thought leadership publications on paradigm shifts in energy, healthcare, and transportation
- Design and oversee experimental innovation sprints for moonshot projects
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and global futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley scale-ups
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal megatrends
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: climate tech, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized AI
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Global network of innovators and thought leaders
