Responsibilities
- Anticipate and synthesize global technological, social, and economic trends through advanced scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build proprietary foresight frameworks using proprietary predictive analytics tools
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs from global intelligence networks
- Shape organizational culture around adaptive innovation principles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into market-disrupting initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics frameworks, quantum computing applications, or neurotech integration
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex innovation cycles
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
