- Partner with C-suite to integrate futurist insights into product development and investment strategies
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, research labs, and academic partners
- Present future trend analyses to stakeholders with actionable strategic recommendations
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies across organizational silos
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
