- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive leadership teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Translate complex futures research into compelling executive narratives
- Drive cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum systems, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon scanning projects with measurable impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
