Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market positioning
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks that inform product roadmaps and business innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-shaping insights into organizational strategy
- Author visionary white papers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market potential for emerging technologies through scenario modeling and forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling strategic narratives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation of future-focused initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
