Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics) and societal shifts to forecast market disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all strategic planning processes
- Mentor junior futurists and drive continuous improvement in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate futures planning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Published thought leader with 10+ industry presentations or white papers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects implemented by major organizations
