Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, biotechnology, and AI ethics
- Develop strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients adopting 2030+ technologies
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives on disruptive innovation
- Author white papers and frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present future scenarios at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Drive innovation pipeline development using scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation at Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Exceptional presentation skills with 500+ audience experience
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred)
