Responsibilities

- Develop multi-generational strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurist thinking into organizational DNA
- Quantify future scenarios through data modeling and scenario planning frameworks

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
- Published work on emerging technology adoption patterns
