Responsibilities
- Develop and execute forward-looking innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Analyze emerging trends in quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Design strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Proven track record in scaling transformative technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree in foresight studies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of executed innovation projects with measurable impact
