- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or tech foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
