- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author quarterly trend briefs and strategic whitepapers on emerging paradigms
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futures-based projects with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
