- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work paradigms and sustainable tech
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (preferred)
- Experience with Delphi methodology and technology roadmapping tools
