Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends in AI, biotech, climate, and geopolitics to identify 5-10 year opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise risk mitigation and growth acceleration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-focused topics
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026 market gaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for emerging disruptions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures narratives
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
