Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate adaptation) and translate insights into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market conditions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product development
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging ethical frameworks for exponential technologies
- Advocate for responsible innovation practices across 15+ international R&D centers
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Mentor junior futurists in our proprietary foresight methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Published work on exponential technologies' societal impact (peer-reviewed or industry journals)
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience with quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech domains
- Strong ethical reasoning skills with frameworks for responsible innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis translated to commercial opportunities
