Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Author thought leadership publications on ethical AI and sustainable futures
- Mentor cross-generational teams in futurist methodologies and systems thinking
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend forecasting frameworks
- Proven track record of launching exponential technology initiatives
- Certification in AI ethics and sustainable design principles
- Deep understanding of 2026+ technology convergence vectors (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio of published futurist research or innovation roadmaps
