Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with proven 2026+ forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and causal layered analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
