Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Communicate complex future scenarios through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Design organizational resilience strategies for volatile future environments
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation or policy impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience scaling foresight programs in enterprise environments
