Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to inform strategic innovation roadmaps
- Develop and implement future-proof business strategies aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing high-impact innovation projects
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for technological disruptions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario development skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP)
