Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product/service innovations
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive futures
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and trend reports
- Integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
