Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, adaptive learning, and ethical decision-making by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams (neuroscientists, quantum engineers, ethicists) in developing human-AI symbiosis protocols
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI autonomy, ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Drive innovation in quantum-AI hybrid computing, neural-symbolic integration, and generative adversarial networks
- Develop predictive models for AI societal impact, including labor market evolution and ethical risk mitigation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and government bodies (DARPA, NSF)
- Present vision to C-suite and board of directors, translating complex technical strategies into actionable roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 10+ years in AI/ML research or equivalent industry impact
- Proven track record in deploying production-grade AI systems with >10B parameter architectures
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural-symbolic AI, and generative adversarial networks
- Published work in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI) with >500 citations
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of 20+ scientists across neuroscience, ethics, and engineering
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and responsible AI deployment
- Fluency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
