- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation and business transformation
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers published in leading industry journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and shape thought leadership narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-ready strategies adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
