- Design and facilitate future-vision workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success using predictive analytics
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused concepts
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on product roadmaps or business strategy
