- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Deliver keynote presentations at global tech summits on future workforce evolution
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database tracking 200+ emerging signals
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with futurist focus
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent certification
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech (patents or launched products)
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: AI ethics, biotech policy, or climate resilience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Exceptional systems modeling skills (AnyLogic, Stella Architect, or similar)
- Fluency in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting)
