Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, socioeconomic shifts, and emerging scientific breakthroughs to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D cycles
- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI and innovation maturity
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and trend summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
