Responsibilities

- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem of startups, academia, and industry partners

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional data synthesis and narrative storytelling abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field

- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from futurists.org) preferred
