Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry trajectories through 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Build scenario models for potential market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead innovation workshops to cultivate forward-thinking organizational culture
- Produce thought leadership content including trend reports and keynote presentations
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong analytical capabilities with data modeling and scenario planning expertise
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies journals
- Experience building and managing cross-functional innovation teams
