- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine collaboration
- Coordinate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present futuristic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and trend analysis
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Strong portfolio of implemented innovation strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIP)
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable innovation metrics
