Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to develop comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design and oversee experimental innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop compelling future narratives and strategic briefings for board-level decision-making
- Establish KPI frameworks to track innovation maturity and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
