Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate next-gen startups
- Author thought leadership reports on industry evolution and societal impact
- Design scenarios for climate-positive technology adoption across sectors
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy/innovation roles with tech-forward companies
- Proven track record predicting market shifts (portfolio or published work)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, Web3, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Innovation
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning or trend forecasting projects
