- Develop strategic blueprints for future-proof product development and market positioning
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D to translate future-vision into tangible innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
