- Produce annual Future State reports with strategic recommendations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
