Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Design strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for emerging market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Represent the company at global futurism and innovation conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level scenario planning sessions
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends (2020-2025)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
