Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product innovation pipelines
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Double Diamond, Horizon Scanning)
