Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 market impact
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating technological, economic, and socio-political trend analysis
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and business leaders
- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor patent landscapes and competitor innovation strategies
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience working with C-suite executives in technology-driven organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementations
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
