Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps aligned with market evolution and company vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into executive-ready insights and recommendations
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal education
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-focused insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
