Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive market shifts and strategic pivots
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Drive adoption of ethical innovation frameworks across product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
