Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion based on future scenarios

- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation technologies and business models

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
