Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Design strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital ecosystems
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation futurists and build internal innovation capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
