Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 societal and technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, bio-tech)

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
