Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing solutions using design thinking methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTR, CIP)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
