- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused principles into development lifecycles
- Author compelling trend reports and predictive models for executive decision support
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation principles and sustainable development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
