- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-generation research
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and organizational adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with proven trend analysis track record
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects or published foresight work
- Fluency in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, metaverse, AGI) and their societal implications
