Responsibilities
- Anticipate and synthesize global technological, economic, and social trends to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-based innovation frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and threats
- Quantify market readiness for next-gen solutions using predictive analytics and foresight methodologies
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning our brand as a future-shaper
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive modeling and market forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented strategies or thought leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field preferred
