Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop and maintain the corporate innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and thought leaders
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or other emerging domains
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks required
