Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Design and implement future-readiness assessments for client organizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing solutions and features
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with C-level executives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience developing future readiness frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight-to-strategy translation projects
