- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and research partners
- Author predictive whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Represent Horizon Labs at global tech foresight forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience managing innovation budgets and KPIs
- Strong network with academic research institutions and tech incubators
- Fluency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-LE, causal layered analysis)
